Frequently asked questions
Answered by Tatjana Deric
How is the colour chosen?
Your shade is carefully selected to suit your skin tone and natural lip colour — or matched to your favourite lipstick — for a balanced, long-lasting result.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe the sensation as mild discomfort rather than pain. A high-quality numbing cream is used during the procedure to keep you as comfortable as possible.
How long is the healing process?
Initial healing takes around 7 days, while the skin fully settles over 4 weeks. During this time the colour may appear darker before softening into its final result.
How long does it last?
Lip blush is designed to fade gradually over time rather than disappear completely. While results vary depending on your skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and aftercare, a colour refresh is generally recommended every 1–3 years to keep your results looking fresh and vibrant.
What does it cost?
Lip blush is 6 500 kr, with the perfecting touch-up 4 weeks later included.
Aftercare
- Keep your lips clean and moisturised during the healing process.
- Apply the recommended aftercare balm as instructed.
- Avoid spicy, acidic, and very hot foods for the first few days.
- Do not pick, peel, or scratch any flaking skin — allow your lips to heal naturally.
- The colour will appear darker immediately after the treatment and will gradually soften as your lips heal.
- Final results are visible after 4–6 weeks, when a perfecting touch-up is included.
