The terms for buying a training course through this site — prices, payment, scheduling, and your right to change your mind.
1About us
Beauty Factory by Tatjana Deric, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway, org. no. 915 744 117. Courses and treatments take place at Niels Juels gate 38, 0257 Oslo, Norway. Contact: tatjana@phibrows.com. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
2What is sold here
This site sells training courses directly. Treatments — microblading, powder brows, nano hairstrokes, lip blush, permanent eyeliner, lash and brow work, and laser PMU removal — are not sold here: choosing to book a treatment takes you to Beth's Medispa's own booking system, where you reserve and pay for your appointment with them, under their terms.
3Prices
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK). The price shown for a course and kit is the total amount charged at checkout; we add no further charges. Course prices may change, but the price you paid is the price you agreed.
4Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We accept card, Klarna, PayPal and Link. Your purchase is confirmed by the "You're enrolled" page and a confirmation email. If either is missing, please contact us before assuming the order did not go through.
5Paying by invoice
Instead of paying at checkout you may ask for an invoice, which we send by email for payment by bank transfer. Asking for an invoice is a request, not a booking: no place is reserved and no course date is held until the payment has reached our account. You receive a confirmation email at that point, and only then.
Invoices are payable within 10 days, and in any case before the course begins. The price is the one shown when you made the request, including any offer running at that time, provided the invoice is paid by its due date. If an invoice is not paid, the request simply lapses and you owe nothing.
6Confirmation and scheduling
Courses do not run on fixed calendar dates. When you enrol you choose a preferred start date, or ask to agree one later. That date is a request: Tatjana confirms it by email, or contacts you to agree another. A course date is fixed only once she has confirmed it.
7Cancellation and refunds
You have 14 days from the day of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, in line with Norway's Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). You do not need to give a reason. To cancel, email tatjana@phibrows.com within the 14 days — you can use the form in the next section.
Because course dates are arranged individually, at checkout you ask us to begin arranging and delivering your course without waiting for the 14 days to end, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the course has been fully delivered. If you cancel after we have begun but before the course is fully delivered, you pay for the part already delivered and the rest is refunded.
After 14 days from the day of purchase, the purchase is non-refundable.
8Withdrawal form
To cancel within the 14 days, copy the lines below into an email to tatjana@phibrows.com and fill them in. Any clear written statement that you wish to cancel is also accepted.

9Changing an agreed date
If you need to move an agreed course date, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to find another date. Moving a date does not extend the 14-day refund period above.
10Kits and shipping
Courses that include a physical kit ship it to the address you give at checkout. International students are welcome, but customs duties, import taxes and any charges levied at your border are your responsibility and can delay delivery beyond our control.
11Certification
Attending a live course earns a diploma of attendance. For PhiAcademy courses, the official PhiAcademy certificate is issued by PhiAcademy, not by us, once you have completed the required levels in the Craft Master app; timing and outcome depend on your own work. Certification does not in itself grant a licence to practise permanent makeup in any given country — licensing rules vary, and it is each student's responsibility to check what their own jurisdiction requires.
12Liability
We do not guarantee any particular income, client volume or career outcome from taking a course. For treatments booked through Beth's Medispa, their own terms and consent process govern the procedure — this site is not the treatment provider. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory Norwegian consumer law.
13Intellectual property
Course materials, the Craft Master app and PhiAcademy branding belong to PhiAcademy and/or Tatjana Deric. They are licensed to you for your own learning and professional use — not for redistribution, resale or teaching others.
14Disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can bring it to Forbrukertilsynet (the Norwegian Consumer Authority) for mediation, and thereafter to Forbrukerklageutvalget or the Norwegian courts.
